Good value for money, would definitely come back next time I am in Karlstad!
Location is great, walking distance to everything in the city center. Nice breakfast with nice options and refilled often. Convenient parking available right across the street (not owned by the hotel though, and can be payed via easy park or similar).
Only downside of the location was some noise from the outside. Since it is city center and we stayed over the weekend, we could hear the music and noise from the cars until 3am. This is the only reason it is 9 and not 10 for the rating. I would definitely come back however, overall a very nice stay!

Friendly hotel for a short stay with the family
Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Our family room was very nice for a small family. Location is easy to reach and close to the train station.
The hotel parking garage is fairly expensive, but public parking in front of the hotel is luckily a bit cheaper.
